- Thousands of homes in our area were destroyed by Helene
- Between 121,000-132,000 residences sustained damage from Helen
- Homeowners sustained more than $12.2 billion in residential damages
- Only 7.5% of those with FEMA verified flood damage had any flood insurance coverage
- At least 500 homes will have to be rebuilt due to the destruction
